Can I make multiple language versions?
Yes - you have two options:
- Duplicate pages within a single website, creating one page per language, and add links on a landing page (for example: “View in Language 1” / “View in Language 2”).
- Duplicate the entire website and create a separate version for each language.
Can I add music?
Yes - if your template includes our spinning record music player, step-by-step instructions are included in your PDF guide. If your template doesn’t include it and you’d like to add music, just send us a message and we’ll provide the instructions.
Please note: music is added using a small MP4 video player. Guests will need to tap/click to play, as autoplay videos are muted by Canva. If added to multiple pages, the track will restart each time guests change pages.
Where do RSVP responses go?
If you choose to use our Google Forms template, all responses are saved within the form under the Responses tab and can also be viewed or exported into a spreadsheet at any time.
How does the RSVP work?
The RSVP button in our template can link to any URL you choose.
We include a Canva Forms and Google Forms RSVP template that you can easily customise with any question you like - including attendance, meal choices, dietary requirements, plus-ones, and even song requests.
Responses submitted through your form are collected automatically and can be viewed neatly in a spreadsheet, making it easy to manage guest details.
If you’d prefer to use an external RSVP service, that’s absolutely fine too - you can simply link the RSVP button to their page, as long as they provide a shareable RSVP link. Please double-check with your chosen service that this is supported before proceeding.
Can I add new pages?
Yes! You can either duplicate an existing page and customize it, or create a brand-new page from scratch directly in Canva.
Does this template work on other platforms?
Our templates are Canva website templates, so they can’t be uploaded directly into Zola, The Knot or WithJoy as editable templates.
However, you can link to anything from our templates — e.g. you can link to an RSVP platform from your Canva website. You can also link to your template from another platform, as long as they allow external links.
Do I need a Canva Pro account?
No — the template is designed to work with a free Canva account.
