Refund policy

Digital products

Studio Gwyn sells digital products only, including wedding website templates, save the date templates and related digital materials.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds once access to the digital product has begun, unless required by law.

Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions before placing an order, contact us at studiogwyn@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Immediate access and withdrawal rights

Some customers, including customers in the UK and EU, may have a legal right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days.

Because our products are digital products, you may be asked at checkout to expressly consent to Studio Gwyn providing immediate access to your digital product before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. Where you give this consent, you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once access or provision begins.

Once access to your digital product has begun, we do not offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind, accidental purchases or circumstances where you no longer wish to use the product, unless required by law.

This does not affect your legal rights if a digital product is faulty, not as described, or does not work as promised.

Download and access issues

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us at studiogwyn@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the problem:

  • difficulty accessing or downloading your files

  • corrupted or incomplete files

  • missing files

  • receiving the incorrect digital product

Where applicable, we will resolve the issue by providing corrected files, restoring access, or supplying the correct digital product. This does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Defective or incorrect digital content

If a digital product is materially defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, corrected version, restored access, or another remedy required by law.

No refunds for digital products

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • change of mind

  • accidental purchases

  • incompatibility with your device, software, platform or account

  • lack of usage

  • misunderstanding of product features where the product was accurately described

  • sale or discounted items

  • gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for digital products. If you wish to purchase a different item, you may do so separately.
