Welcome to Studio Gwyn. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Studio Gwyn. Studio Gwyn operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, digital products and services (the “Services”). Studio Gwyn is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, set out the legal terms governing your access to and use of the Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.
By visiting, accessing, browsing or purchasing from our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence or that you have parental or guardian consent to use the Services.
To use certain parts of the Services or make a purchase, you may be required to provide information including your name, email address, billing and payment details. You represent that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and that you are authorised to provide it.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS (DIGITAL ONLY)
Studio Gwyn sells digital products only. No physical goods are shipped.
Our digital products may include wedding website templates, save the date templates, downloadable files, template links, design resources, and related digital materials.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our digital products. However, we do not guarantee that your experience will meet your personal expectations or that files, templates, platforms, or digital materials will be compatible with every device, software, account, platform, browser, or system configuration.
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or restrict any product at our sole discretion.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND DELIVERY OF DIGITAL CONTENT
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase digital content. An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and access to the digital content is granted.
Studio Gwyn sells digital products only. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery refers to digital access, download access, template access, or any other method by which the digital product is made available to you.
Some customers, including customers in the UK and EU, may have a legal right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days.
Because our products are digital products, you may be asked at checkout to expressly consent to Studio Gwyn providing immediate access to your digital product before the end of the 14-day cancellation or withdrawal period. Where you give this consent, you acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel or withdraw once access or provision begins.
Once access to your digital product has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind, accidental purchase, lack of use, or where you no longer wish to use the product, unless required by law.
This does not affect your legal rights if a digital product is faulty, not as described, or does not work as promised.
Your purchase is subject to our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Prices may exclude VAT or other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorise us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases.
Promotional discounts, sales, or coupon codes apply to eligible template products only unless otherwise stated. Custom services, bespoke designs, and other service-based offerings are excluded from promotions unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
SECTION 5 – NO SHIPPING
As we sell digital products only, no shipping or physical delivery applies. Any references to delivery relate solely to digital access or download.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content made available through the Services, including digital products, text, graphics, designs, logos, images, downloads, and software, is owned by or licensed to Studio Gwyn and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased digital products for personal use only, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, or exploit any digital product without prior written permission.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available”. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for third-party tools. Your use of such tools is at your own risk.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Studio Gwyn is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Studio Gwyn. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Studio Gwyn. You release Shopify from any claims arising from your purchase or use of our Services.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy [LINK] and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to such processing.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
Any feedback you submit may be used by us without restriction or compensation. You confirm you have the right to submit such feedback and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Studio Gwyn.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory legal rights or protections that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
Subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply, the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services.
Where permitted by law, disputes relating to these Terms or your use of the Services will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
