Yes! You can use Canva’s free subdomain (e.g. yourname.my.canva.site) or connect your own domain if you have one.

No. This product is designed specifically for Canva websites and cannot be uploaded or used as a template within Zola, The Knot, or similar platforms.

However, if your chosen platform allows external links, you can link to your Canva wedding website from there.

If you choose to use our Google Forms template, all responses are saved within the form under the Responses tab and can also be viewed or exported into a spreadsheet at any time.

The RSVP button in our template can link to any URL you choose.

We include a Google Forms RSVP template that you can easily customise with any question you like - including attendance, meal choices, dietary requirements, plus-ones, and even song requests.

Responses submitted through Google Forms are collected automatically and can be viewed neatly in a spreadsheet, making it easy to manage guest details.

If you’d prefer to use an external RSVP service, that’s absolutely fine too - you can simply link the RSVP button to their page, as long as they provide a shareable RSVP link. Please double-check with your chosen service that this is supported before proceeding.

Once published, you can share your website link via text message, email, or WhatsApp for effortless digital delivery.

You can also include the link (or a QR code) on your save-the-date cards or invitations, making it easy for guests to scan.

No - we've designed our template to work with a free Canva account.

Absolutely - delete, duplicate, or reorder any section to fit your plans.

Yes! You can either duplicate an existing page and customize it, or create a brand-new page from scratch directly in Canva.

The florals are made from individually photographed stems, arranged specifically for each design. At the moment, we don’t offer alternative flower types within the templates.

You’re welcome to remove them or replace them with your own graphics if you prefer.

After purchasing, you’ll receive access to your template in Canva, where you can easily personalise all the details to suit your day - text, images, wording, and links.

When you’re happy with how everything looks, simply click Publish and Canva will generate a personalisable website link for you to share with guests - whether that’s via text, email, WhatsApp, QR code, or alongside printed invitations.

Yes - you have two options:

1. Duplicate pages within a single website, creating one page per language, and add links on a landing page (for example: “View in Language 1” / “View in Language 2”).
2. Duplicate the entire website and create a separate version for each language.

The templates are designed as a general invite.

You could technically personalise per guest, but this would require duplicating the design for each person manually. Canva doesn’t currently support automated name personalisation.

Some couples instead add wording like “We have reserved seats in your honour” or include a private guest list page.

The templates are designed for digital website use.

You’re welcome to create your own print-sized Canva document and copy elements across, but we don’t include print-ready stationery by default.

Custom print design is available separately.

As far as we are aware, Canva doesn’t currently support adding background music natively to websites. However, you may be able to do this using a third-party app/service, you would need to check with them to see if it can be integrated with Canva websites.
