Connecting your Google Form to your website

Screenshots show one of our templates. Yours may look slightly different, but the steps are the same.

  1. Publish your form. Click Publish (top right of Google Forms) and confirm. Already published? Skip to step 3.
  2. Copy the link. After publishing, a box shows your form's link. Click Copy.
  3. Finding the link again later. Click Published (top right), then Copy responder link.
  4. Link it on your website. In Canva, select your RSVP or “Share your address” button (or any element you want guests to click). Click the link icon in the toolbar, paste the form link and click Done.

Preview your website and click the button to check it opens your form.
