Countdown timer

Not every template includes this element. If you can't find it in your design, your template doesn't have it and you can skip this guide.

Screenshots show one of our templates. Yours may look slightly different, but the steps are the same.

This is easiest on a desktop or laptop.

Setting your date

  1. Click the countdown once to select it.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Click Open.
  4. Update the date and time on the left, and check the timezone is right.
  5. Click Update countdown.

If the countdown doesn't update

Occasionally the countdown app won't refresh on a phone or tablet. Open your design on a desktop or laptop and update it there.

The small square in the top-right corner

This is a rectangle matching your background colour, placed over the countdown app's logo for a cleaner look. If you change your background colour, recolour this square to match.
