Editing text and fonts
Screenshots show one of our templates. Yours may look slightly different, but the steps are the same.
Editing text
Click directly into any text box and start typing to update names, dates and details. [Link: Canva guide to editing text]
If the text is in a group, click once to select the group, then again to select the text.

Changing fonts, size and spacing
Select the text box. The toolbar at the top lets you choose a new font, change the size and colour, and adjust spacing and alignment. [Link: Canva guide to fonts]

Longer names may need a slightly smaller font size to fit neatly. Preview on mobile after changing them.
