Sending your website to guests
Screenshots show one of our templates. Yours may look slightly different, but the steps are the same.
On Printed stationery
Add your website address to your invitation, save the date or details card. A QR code next to it lets guests scan instead of typing.
WhatsApp: many guests at once
A broadcast sends once, but each guest receives it as a private one-to-one message.
- Open WhatsApp and start a New broadcast.
- Select your contacts.
- Send.
Broadcasts only reach people who have your number saved in their contacts.
WhatsApp or text: one at a time
- Write your message once in your notes app.
- Copy it.
- Paste it into each chat and send.
Email: many guests at once
Use Bcc (blind carbon copy) so guests can't see each other's email addresses.
- Start a new email.
- Put your own email address in To.
- Put all your guests' emails in Bcc (usually revealed by clicking “Bcc” next to the To line).
- Send.
Can't find Bcc? Search “how to use Bcc in” followed by your email app (Gmail, Apple Mail or Outlook).
Email: one at a time
Write your email and send it to each guest individually.
