My website downloaded as an image
Screenshots show one of our templates. Yours may look slightly different, but the steps are the same.
This happens when you use Share, then Download, which saves a picture of your design rather than a live website. To get a clickable website link, either:
- click Publish Website (top right), or
- click Share, then Website, then Publish.
This gives you a live link to send to guests.
