Final checklist before you publish
Screenshots show one of our templates. Yours may look slightly different, but the steps are the same.
A few minutes here means a seamless experience for you and your guests.
- Preview on mobile. Check your site on your phone to catch layout shifts or text that looks different across devices. If anything's out of place, see the grouping and locking tips.
- Group and lock important sections. Locking finished sections prevents accidental changes and keeps the mobile layout consistent.
- Click every link and button. Test your form, navigation and any registry or schedule links. Each should go exactly where it should, with no broken links or missing pages.
- Check for typos and placeholder text. Proofread every section for spelling mistakes and leftover sample names, dates and details.
- Protect your responses. Using a Canva Form? Check it's linked to a sheet.
You can still make changes after publishing: click Edit design, make your edits, then publish your changes.
