Setting up and styling your Google Form

Screenshots show one of our templates. Yours may look slightly different, but the steps are the same.

Google Forms are free and handle longer forms well.

  1. Open the Google Form template for your template type and make a copy: [Link: Wedding Website RSVP form template] or [Link: Save the Date details form template].
  2. Edit the questions to suit your day. See Suggested RSVP questions or Suggested questions for collecting addresses.

Adding a custom banner

  1. Make your banner in Canva using our template: [Link: Google Form banner template].
  2. Download it as a PNG or JPG.
  3. In your Google Form, click the palette icon (top right), then Choose image under Header, and upload your banner.

Colours and fonts

In the same palette menu you can change the form's fonts and colours. Our suggested defaults are Playfair Display (24) for the header, and Nunito for questions (12) and text (11).
